As a digitally native brand, the vast majority of our amazing community and customer base connects with us directly through social media.
We are expanding our team and looking for a disciplined, highly organized, and communicative Social Media Sales Specialist to manage our online incoming sales pipeline and streamline customer fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Sales Management: Actively monitor, respond to, and manage customer inquiries, direct messages (DMs), and comments across all our social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, etc.) with a warm, helpful, and premium brand voice.
Order Processing via CRM: Efficiently convert casual social media conversations into completed transactions. You will be responsible for accurately inputting customer details, size preferences, shipping locations, and order statuses directly into our internal CRM tracking system.
Customer Consultations: Guide parents and buyers through our size guides, material details, and fabric options to ensure they select the perfect fit for their children.
Payment Validation: Coordinate with customers to confirm local payment verifications (such as mobile wallets/bank transfers) before moving orders into production.
Pipeline Tracking: Work closely with our production and manufacturing team to ensure customer requests, custom sizing notes, and delivery schedules are correctly communicated and met.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in online retail sales, social media management, or digital customer service (experience with e-commerce fashion or kids’ apparel brands is a huge plus).
Technical Savvy: Comfortable working extensively with internal database software, order management platforms, or CRM systems.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Amharic and English. Ability to maintain an engaging, empathetic, and professional tone under pressure.
Organization: Incredible attention to detail. You must be someone who takes pride in keeping data clean, tracking orders meticulously, and ensuring no customer query falls through the cracks.
Setup: Reliable high-speed internet access and a functional workspace to ensure consistent online availability during core business hours.
