We are seeking a highly meticulous, organized, and reliable Quality Control, Packaging & Despatching Manager to oversee the final stage of our production pipeline—from the moment a garment is stitched to the moment it safely arrives in the customer’s hands.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control (QC) Gatekeeping: Inspect every single finished garment coming from the sewing team. Check for perfect symmetry, straight stitching, clean inner seams, correct sizing tags, and ensure there are zero loose threads or material defects. Reject and send back any items that do not meet our premium standards.

• Premium Packaging Management: Oversee the finishing and presentation prep (ironing, steaming, and lint removal). Meticulously pack items according to Wolfaby’s brand guidelines—ensuring branded tissue wraps, thank-you cards, and tags are flawlessly placed.

• Inventory & Order Matching: Cross-reference finished items with orders coming from our sales team and internal tracking system. Ensure the correct sizes, designs, and quantities are bundled together for every specific customer.

• Despatching & Delivery Coordination: Manage the delivery lifecycle. Coordinate with local courier services or riders in Addis Ababa to dispatch packages efficiently. Ensure international shipments are properly labeled and handed over to logistics partners smoothly.

• Logistics Tracking: Keep clear, daily records of items inspected, packaged, and dispatched. Update the internal system so the team knows exactly which orders have left the building and are in transit.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in quality assurance, garment inspection, retail packaging, or fulfillment/logistics management—ideally within the apparel, fashion, or textile manufacturing industry.

• The “Perfectionist” Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail. You must have a sharp eye for spotting tiny errors (like a loose thread, uneven hem, or slightly misplaced tag) that others might miss.

• Highly Organized: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to keep a busy fulfillment station orderly, clean, and structured even during high-volume sales periods.

• Technical & Basic Digital Skills: Comfortable using basic mobile or web tools to log inventory data and coordinate with digital delivery map services.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive attitude with the ability to handle delivery delays or courier issues calmly and efficiently.
