Returns
* Eligibility:
* All items are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.* Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

* Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense.
* Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.
* Exceptions:
* Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.* Personalized or custom-made items are generally not eligible for return.
Exchanges
* Eligibility:
* Exchanges are available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.* Exchanges may also be available for size exchanges, subject to availability.
* Process:
* Please contact us at contact@wolfaby.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.* We will provide you with AWB(air way bill) number and instructions on how to return the item.
* Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will ship the replacement item to you.
* If the replacement item has a different price than the original item, we will adjust the payment accordingly.
